Hi, I'm Iga - the face behind Soul & Flow.
I'm a certified, insured and FHT registered massage therapist and a qualified yoga teacher. Inspired by love for movement and wellbeing I began my first bodywork training in 2023 and Yoga Teacher Training in 2024. Since then, I've not stopped learning.
I love blending evidence-based techniques with a nuturing intuitive approach.
